Event description

NTeen Fashion Festival is an event which encourages young people interested in art, design and fashion to show their garments in a professional runway setting.  Students from Schools across the Territory join us to celebrate all the potential of youth. Be mesmerised by this year's brightest stars who are pushing the envelope when it comes to shape, texture, silhouettes and elements of design. Each year our event grows and every generation dares to be different.

• SCHOOLS CHALLENGE - Middle School
• SCHOOLS CHALLENGE - High School
• SCHOOLS CHALLENGE - Special School
• AATFA - Casual Wear
• AATFA - Society and Environment
• AATFA - Formal Wear
• AATFA - Wearable Art

Note: This year's SCHOOLS CHALLENGE Theme is "Costume & Theatrical".  The leading designs in the AATFA Categories will go on to represent the Northern Territory at the Apex Australia Teenage Fashion and Arts Youth Festival - the only National Final of it's kind in the country.

The Festival is an opportunity for students to develop their skill-set, increase their levels of self-esteem, grow their community networks and challenge themselves to complete a project.   Through the Apex Motto: “Grow. Learn. Make Friends. Have Fun.”, we aim to create more fulfilled community minded young people with curious minds who then go on to lead productive lives.  Proceeds from ticket sales fund travel and accommodation to Nationals.
